SAMUEL WILEY, farmer; P. O. Covington; is a son of George Wiley, whose biography appears in this work. The subject of this sketch was born Jan. 23, 1840, in York Co., Penn. He was reared a farmer and has always been engaged in that avocation. On June 9, 1866, he married Miss Sarah E., daughter of Rudy Bollinger; they had four children of whom two are living— Susan and Martha.
